Anaglyph images are used to provide a stereoscopic 3D effect, when viewed with 2 color glasses (each lens a chromatically oposite color (usually red and cyan). Images are made up of two color layers, superimposed, but offset with respect to each other to produce a depth effect. Usually the main subject is in the center, while the foreground and background are shifted laterally in opposite directions. The picture contains two differently filtered colored images, one for each eye. When viewed through the "color coded" "anaglyph glasses", they reveal an integrated stereoscopic image. The visual cortex of the brain fuses this into perception of a three dimensional scene or composition. |

Welcome to NudeSlides.com. We are thrilled to offer these exceptional nude stereo slides of vintage models, to the world! Our stereo slides are scanned in 48 bit color, from originals at a staggering optical 9600 dpi.! They are then professionally and painstakingly restored, to recapture the former glory of days--gone-by.

We don't use those Photoshop "automatic filters". Each image is carefully scrutinized for dust and imperfections, and is thoroughly cleaned using the powerful cloning features of Photoshop CS3. Color is corrected and inconsistant densities of the vintage stereo pairs are matched for a perfect viewing experience.
Professionally re-mastered, digital images are then sent for processing at an industrial, graphic design house in Berkeley, CA.
In the Galleries, you have an opportunity to view your stereo slides before ordering. You will need to have a viewer, or use the "crossed eye" method of viewing in order to experience the ultimate 3D realism. These are side-by-side stereo images.
Future Galleries will have samples of the Anaglyph versions of the slides.
To view the cyan/magenta anaglyph images, you will need a pair of dime-store blue and red lensed glasses.
